Training campaign

Sunday 12th Apr
I am in training for the big walk! The campaign is to first conquer the Downs Link in different sections with various stop off points at pubs along the route building up to a full on 16 mile hike up to Cranleigh where I will stop for a wonderful lunch with friends and an all important lift home!

Why I am walking

I’m supporting The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. By donating to this page, their nurses, doctors, and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments.

We are walking together - old friends and new, friends of Abby, Thomas and Elliot, to support Jay Cable, who is as diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2023 and is beating the odds due to the care and support of the Royal Marsden. He will be walking on the day.

We are proud to support such an important cause - every donation no matter the size will help the Royal Marsden continue their ground breaking work.
