Cancer Is S***!!!
Tuesday 13th JanI know first-hand how hard cancer is, not just for the person going through it but for their family too. Watching someone you love fight it, with all the ups and downs, is incredibly tough.
I was lucky enough to help care for my nan with my mum and sister, and together we just did everything we could to support her and keep her spirits up. That meant late-night chocolate éclairs at 10:30, racing her wheelchair on hospital visits, and even using hospital sick bowls as E.T. masks.
I try to hold on to those moments, rather than the times when she was really unwell.
