Together we walk for Gillie ❤️

Doing something completely out of my comfort zone (I’m the sort of person who gets an uber 5 mins down the road), something I have never dreamt of doing before: walking to raise some money for Marsden who are looking after my best friend, my world, my everything, my Mama ❤️

My wonderful mum, Gilly was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in September and has fought hard, battling 10 rounds of the strongest chemo, and battled a perforated oesophagus (which was a very unusual and unlucky complication from her cancer), which resulted in a 4 and half week hospital stay, and her not being able to eat for 3 and a half weeks during that time. Her strength and determination was inspiring and truly humbling, facing her toughest challenges yet, she never gave up. The Marsden became our second home, (Mummy’s primary residence for that time).
She overcome this insane hurdle and is now back at home with her family, still fighting like the warrior that she is.

We owe the Marsden everything, without the Marsden she wouldn’t be here right now. They haven’t given up on her so I’m asking you to put your faith in me to give back to them.
