Thank you for thirteen extra years of enjoying our grandchildren
Tuesday 17th Mar Thirteen years ago, just after our grandson Albie was born, I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. Nine years ago just after our grandson Franklin was born, Pete was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Since that time, The Royal Marsden has cared for us and enabled us to have these extra years with Albie, Franklin and our other grandchildren, Stanley, Henry, Jake and Dolores. Albie celebrated his 13th birthday on Saturday with all the family, a joyous occcasion for Pete and me for more reasons than one.
