Not long to go!

Having just had ovarian removal surgery due to a recent discovery of being a BRCA2 gene carrier, I won't be at the March but the team are carrying the torch onwards and have raised so much! However my son and I have been getting training in, pre op, on regular 5k walks as well as training over the cross country season and him preparing for the London Mini Marathon. Definitely got our steps in! 🏃‍♀️ Emily 💫

We're supporting The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. We all have a deeply personal connection with The Royal Marsden, their research and cancer care. Everyone in the team has been touched by cancer and we've all been supporting each other through our personal journeys over 25 years of friendships. The saddest of griefs, to the gruel of treatment to the elation of good news and successes, to the lows of unexpected results, to the many pieces of the cancer puzzles. By donating to our page, the nurses, doctors, and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments. Together, we can save the lives of cancer patients everywhere!
