Together we walk!
We have completed the Marsden March every year since it has started because of our brave 15 year old son Billy.
While waiting for a treatment of radiotherapy at The Royal Marsden Children's Hospital in Sutton, Billy picked up a leaflet announcing the First Marsden March Event and he said that he wanted to join up and support the Marsden by signing up for the event.
So to support Billy and the Marsden, family and friends participated in the March as well, with over the years more and more joining in.
After bravely fighting brain cancer for 4 years Billy tragically passed away April 2013.
Billy raised thousands of pounds for the Marsden Hospital over the years even when still receiving treatment and in recovery he never missed a Marsden March!
We love Billy and miss him so much, so to carry out his wishes to raise as much money for the Marsden Hospital and in his memory we ask if you could please donate anything small or large for such a important cause that touches so many peoples lives!
