Tats' Trekkers!
As some of you may know, my husband Wayne was diagnosed with lung cancer at the end of September 2025. Luckily it was caught in the early stages, and he had surgery in November to remove the tumour. To reduce the risk of it reoccurring, he has just finished a 3 month course of chemotherapy and is now having immunotherapy for the next year at the Royal Marsden in Sutton.
All the medical and administration staff at The Marsden are amazing and go out of their way to support the patients and their families through the treatment process.
Alongside my team of 'Tats' Trekkers' - Archie, Carys, Ava, Rhia, Keris, Darragh, Zak, Sam and Millie - I am taking part in The Banham 15 Miles Marsden March on Sunday 10th May.
Any donation will be greatly received to support the nurses, doctors, and research teams provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments for cancer patients everywhere.
