An inspirational day for a vital cause
Tuesday 12th MayAn inspirational day where I completed the 15 miles in 4.5 hours.
The walk was full of energy, emotion and purpose. I met so many incredible people with powerful stories, families supported through the hardest moments, survivors celebrating years cancer‑free, and loved ones walking in memory of those they’ve lost.
Cancer doesn’t discriminate, and hearing these experiences was a powerful reminder of why research, compassionate treatment and specialist support are absolutely vital. They save lives, they give patients more precious time with the people they love, and they ensure dignity and comfort when it’s needed most. The work The Royal Marsden does, right through from pioneering research to exceptional end‑of‑life care, is genuinely life‑changing.
Thank you again to all my supporters. Your kindness and generosity mean so much and truly help patients and families facing cancer. Thank you 💛

My reasons for the 15 mile walk
Sunday 19th AprThis year I’m taking part in the Banham Marsden March as part of Team Tarndeep.
Tarndeep was a member of my team who we sadly lost to cancer. During his illness, I saw first-hand the incredible care and support that he and his family received from The Royal Marsden.
Sadly, cancer has affected several people close to me within my community network. Taking part in this walk is my way of honouring those I’ve lost and giving something back.
The Royal Marsden is a world-leading cancer centre, providing specialist treatment, compassionate care and pioneering research that helps improve outcomes for patients everywhere.
Any support or donation would mean a lot and will help The Royal Marsden continue their vital work for patients and families facing cancer. Thank you to all my network and supporters ♥️
