Together we walk!
I’m supporting The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. I was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer in April 2022. After two years of treatment at The Royal Marsden in Sutton, including surgery, radiotherapy and 38 rounds of chemotherapy, I am now in remission and enjoying life to the full with my family. Throughout my cancer journey everyone at The Marsden treated me with great care and compassion, and I will be forever grateful to them for saving my life and giving me the chance to meet and enjoy life with my 2 beautiful grandchildren. My cancer journey was made so much easier with the love and support of my family, so it will be such a privilege to walk this walk with some of them, including my husband, and my son & daughter in law. Having the opportunity to give something back to The Marsden by raising money for this walk is an honour and together, we can help save lives of other cancer patients everywhere. A cancer diagnosis doesn’t have to mean the end. Xx
