In support of many brave people.

I am participating in this fantastic event in memory of many people I know, but primarily for someone very dear to me—my beloved Mum, Evelyn May Sheridan. She lost her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on 24 March 2009. She was diagnosed just a little over two months earlier, on 19 January 2009. Despite the brevity of her diagnosis, she became an incredible source of inspiration to everyone she met.
Mum faced her illness with unwavering dignity, bravery, and positivity. Her strength touched the hearts of her family and friends, the dedicated staff at Bournemouth Hospital, the congregation at her local church, and countless others fortunate enough to witness her resilience. Her spirit continues to inspire us all.
To honour the memory of her and all of these brave people, I am walking this event, and any donation, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated. Your support will help make a difference and keep their inspiring spirit alive.
