Sunday 26th Apr We have been doing a fair amount of walking in preparation for the Marsden March. We’ve done countryside walks across fields and stiles and we’ve walked the pavements of Banstead, Tadworth and Epsom Downs. We got a little lost on one countryside walk which we last did 23 years ago! There we were looking a little lost in a field and came across a couple with their son. Having chatted for a while, we then found out that they were also doing the Marsden March. It will be the sixth year that they have done it, so maybe I’ll still be doing the Marsden March in my 80s!
