I have found out first hand what it is like to be treated for breast cancer by the Royal Marsden and I honestly cant thank them enough. After 6 months of chemo, then surgery and radiotherapy I have been shown nothing but care, compassion, professionalism and expertise. I honestly wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else but under their care and will be forever grateful for the best possible outcome that I achieved, no being cancer FREE!
My daughter Chloe took part in this last year with my dear friends and so this year it will be my privilege to be able to join us. Apart from Chloe who now works for the Royal Marsden Challenge Events, and will be at the cheer point waving us on!
