I am walking in honour of my mum Caroline Westfold, who bravely fort and survived blood cancer in 2024! 

Also, in memory of my grandad David Westfold, my uncle Rudi Westfold & his wife Christine Westfold, who we sadly lost a few years ago! Forever in our thoughts & our hearts. 💕

Pilates class tonight! Feeling good! 😊 

Day 6

Friday 7th Feb
Another good hour on the treadmill at the gym after work today! Not bad after my first full week! Getting there!

Day 5

Thursday 6th Feb
A brisk 1 hour walk at the gym yrsterday evening on the treadmill.

Day 4

Tuesday 4th Feb
Day 4 I intended to go to the gym but after last nights Pilates class and the walking over the last two days my body needed a break! Rest day today! 

Day 3

Tuesday 4th Feb
So on day 3 (yesterday) I attended my first Pilates class to try and strengthen my core. It was tough but I really enjoyed it. All very helpful exercise to boost my fitness! 

Day 2

Sunday 2nd Feb
Day 2 - shorter afternoon stroll today with my niece round the trim trail. Just 1 mile.

Day 1 training has started

Day 1- training has started! First day back at the gym yesterday, in a very long time! All in preparation for the big walk. Long way to go but, not a bad start!
