I am walking in honour of my mum Caroline Westfold, who bravely fort and survived blood cancer in 2024!
Also, in memory of my grandad David Westfold, my uncle Rudi Westfold & his wife Christine Westfold, who we sadly lost a few years ago! Forever in our thoughts & our hearts. 💕

Day 4
Tuesday 4th Feb Day 4 I intended to go to the gym but after last nights Pilates class and the walking over the last two days my body needed a break! Rest day today! Share

Tuesday 4th Feb So on day 3 (yesterday) I attended my first Pilates class to try and strengthen my core. It was tough but I really enjoyed it. All very helpful exercise to boost my fitness! Share
