Together we walk!
Cancer has touched my family more times than it ever should.
A few years ago, my dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Watching someone you love go through treatment is something you never forget, but thankfully he fought it and came out the other side. More recently, towards the end of last year, we lost my grandma to melanoma, amongst other complications. My grandpa has also battled cancer multiple times over the years with incredible strength and resilience.
Cancer hasn’t only affected my side of the family either. My boyfriend Josh’s dad has recently been fighting prostate cancer and is now thankfully coming to the end of his treatment journey. Seeing both families experience the fear, uncertainty, and strength that comes with a cancer diagnosis has made this cause deeply personal to me.
That’s why I’m taking part in the Marsden March. The Royal Marsden is one of the world’s leading cancer centres, providing life-saving treatment, pioneering research, and compassionate care to people and families facing cancer every single day. The work they do changes lives.
By supporting my Marsden March, you’re helping fund vital research, new treatments, and support for patients and their families when they need it most.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean the world. And if not, sharing the page is just as appreciated. Together we can help make a difference for the people who will face cancer in the future.
Thank you so much for your support 💙
