This year I’m taking part in the Marsden March in memory of my mum, who sadly passed from cancer in 2011.

The Royal Marsden gave my mum incredible care and support, and they were also there for me and my dad when we needed it most.

I will always be grateful and remember the kindness and compassion the staff at Royal Marsden showed her and all of us.

This walk is my way of remembering my mum and saying thank you, while helping the Royal Marsden keep doing the amazing work they do for other families going through similar experiences.
