In memory of Pellegrino Alfieri

Having been diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2020, Pelly sadly passed away on 31st December 2024 . He fought courageously for 5 years and managed to beat cancer twice. Dad was cared for exceptionally by the Royal Marsden in Sutton, and was delighted mum, Rosey and I, had signed up to The Banham Marsden 15 mile walk from the Marsden in Chelsea to Sutton on 11th May 2025.

We are now walking in his memory, and he will be so proud that we can raise money for the wonderful charitable work that the Marsden do. Dad was at the Marsden last year and having seen the event firsthand, it raised his spirits even in the hardest of times.

This is why we signed up and now, more than ever, want to raise money and remember Dad.

Any donation will be greatly appreciated and spur us on with the challenge.

I’m walking to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. By donating to my page, their nurses, doctors, and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. Together, we can transform the lives of cancer patients. Please support me today.
