Banham Marsden March
Thursday 7th MayThis weekend Verity and I are taking part in the Banham Marsden March , a walk between The Royal Marsden Hospital ,Chelsea and The Marsden ,Sutton .
The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist cancer hospital in London, with major sites in Chelsea and Sutton. Founded in 1851, it’s considered the world’s first hospital dedicated to cancer treatment.
It’s known for combining cancer care with leading research through its partnership with The Institute of Cancer Research. The hospital is especially recognised for advanced treatments, clinical trials, and personalised cancer medicine. It treats patients from across the UK and internationally through both NHS and private services.
