We are thrilled to participate in the Royal Marsden March as a team of seven passionate individuals working in clinical research and development at the Royal Marsden. This event holds special significance for us, as it allows us to unite and celebrate a remarkable milestone: 175 years of pioneering cancer care at our institution. The Royal Marsden has made an extraordinary impact, not just in the UK, but around the world, leading the way in innovative research, advanced treatments, and compassionate patient care.
By joining the March, we hope to honour our colleagues—nurses, doctors, scientists, and patients—whose dedication inspires us every day. We see this event as a chance to raise crucial funds that will fuel future breakthroughs in cancer treatment and support the ongoing work that saves lives. The March also gives us the opportunity to connect with the wider community, share our story, and demonstrate how teamwork, commitment, and generosity can create lasting change for countless families affected by cancer.
We feel privileged to be part of an organisation that is recognised as a global leader in cancer research. Taking part in the Royal Marsden March is our way of celebrating this legacy, championing progress, and reaffirming our promise to keep striving for better outcomes.
