Tuesday 6th MayI will be walking the Banham Marsden March 15 mile route this Sunday in memory of my wonderful friend Nicole.
Nicole worked at the Royal Marsden as a senior Nurse for over 15 years and also received all her treatment over the last 7 years before she sadly lost her battle to breast cancer.
Nicole has raised thousands of pounds for charity over the years including the Royal Marsden and Coppa feel charity. She did treks and hikes, fun days, cake sales raffles and even a fashion show! Nothing could stop her, she has always been so generous and giving.
Which is why I feel it fitting to join Nicole’s warriors (Nics family and friends) to honour her memory and try and raise even a small amount in her name.
I guarantee if Nicole was doing this she would have already raised more money than anyone else and she’d probably be first to cross the finish line on the day!!
In her competitive nature I am following suit to ask any sponsors to raise money in Nicole’s name or just to a good cause
