I’m fundraising for The Royal Marsden, a world‑leading cancer centre that provides outstanding treatment and pioneers life‑saving research.
The Royal Marsden looked after Zoe with such compassion, expertise and dignity during the most difficult time of our lives. At the Oak Centre for Children and Young People in Sutton, their nurses, doctors and specialist teams cared for her with extraordinary skill — and supported us as a family in ways I will never be able to fully express.
This month marks one year since Zoe completed her cancer treatment, a milestone made possible only because of the exceptional people who looked after her.
To honour that journey, Zoe and I will be walking 5 miles together — something that once felt impossible — to celebrate her strength and to give back to the hospital that helped save her life.
