Tuesday 20th Jan  I am a cancer survivor, I was diagnosed in September 2024 with stage 2, grade 3 breast cancer after finding a lump while on holiday. I had triple negative breast cancer which is an aggressive form of the disease that seems to affect many younger women, although it can affect older women too. I had 7 rounds of chemotherapy, surgery and then radiotherapy. I completed active treatment in June 2025 and am so grateful to the wonderful medical teams that treated me. Treatments have come a long way and this gives hope to so many that face this awful disease. I hope by raising funds it will help continue to fund research and treatments to give others hope of life after cancer.  Share
