In memory of Debbie
Saturday 25th Apr This time last year I was walking The Marsden March for my mum who was undergoing surgery at The Royal Marsden in Chelsea. Thankfully mum is now ok and I thank my lucky stars everyday that she made it home. My colleague Debbie was so supportive and had walked the route herself in the years before. Devastatingly, Debbie lost her battle with cancer last year and I am walking this year in memory of Debbie and everyone who has fought cancer so bravely and with so much grace.
