Together we march…
As a former patient of the Marsden after battling stage 3 breast cancer in 2017 I am forever indebted to the hospital and the amazing doctors, nurses and staff that work there for saving my life.
Sadly one of my gorgeous big C friends who was not only a patient at the Marsden but a nurse there for many years, lost her life to secondary breast cancer in December 2024.
I am joining my friend George, who was also treated at the Marsden, and her family to march to raise money for the best hospital there is and this year my 14 year old son Olly is joining me to say thanks to the hospital that saved his mums life.
I am marching in memory of my 3 dear friends Sylvie Cusson, Caroline Boore and Nicole Hall, my pink sisters who I miss every day.
