My Nan ❤️

My Nan was born on the 11th of February 1953. In December 2011 she was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. She passed away on the 11th of February 2012. She spent her last months surrounded by her family who loved her so much.

Her life was filled with laughter and love. She left behind a devoted husband, three children, and four grandchildren. Known for her quick wit and humor, she always had a joke or a funny comment ready to brighten your day. A warm and caring soul, she was also an exceptional cook. Her kitchen proudly displayed a sign that read, "Never trust a skinny cook!" From delicious cakes and cookies to her Sunday roasts, she had a knack for preparing far more food than needed !

Together we walk!

We're walking to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre and in memory of Immy's nan Sheila who sadly passed away. By donating to our page, their nurses, doctors, and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. Together, we can transform the lives of cancer patients. Please support us today.
