Beginning the preparation

Saturday 22nd Feb So for those that know me, walking for any length of time is not my favourite thing to do. Unless I’m on holiday 🤣 where I love to take the time and take in my surroundings. I’m always rushing everywhere so will jump in the car or a bus - time is everything so will always go for the quickest way. But I’ve wanted to do something like this for a long time because I’ve lost too many people to cancer and it’s my way of saying I’ll never forget them. I think of them every day. In my own small way i now want to do what I can to raise funds for Royal Marsden who not only support people through this but look to develop life saving treatments. This is in memory of my mum Dympna, my mother in law Tilly, and my brother Mike. 💔 I need to prepare for this as 15 miles is definitely a lot but I’m determined to do it and as from today I’m preparing for it. So I’m grateful for any sponsorship to spur me on.  Share
