Together we walk!
I am walking for the Marsden because they have and are amazing, helping both of my parents fight cancer. My Mum has recently finished chemo and radiotherapy. My Dad lives with prostate cancer and is looked after by the Marsden. Saying that both of my parents have cancer is extremely difficult and upsetting but I’m sure it’s not uncommon. I am walking to say a huge thank you to all the nurses, doctors, research teams and volunteers who do such an amazing job.
I’m also walking in memory of my Uncle Barry who we lost to bowel cancer and Tony Perren and Nicole Hall who passed away recently, far too young.
