Together we walk!

I am walking for the Marsden because they have and are amazing helping both of my parents fight cancer. My mum is currently having chemo and will be having radiotherapy in the new year. My dad lives with prostate cancer and is looked after by the Marsden. Saying that both of my parents have cancer is extremely difficult and upsetting but I’m sure it’s not uncommon. I am walking to say a huge thank you to all the nurses, doctors, research teams and volunteers who do such an amazing job.

I’m also walking in memory of my Uncle Barry who we lost to bowel cancer and Tony Perren who passed away recently. Not forgetting the lovely Nicole Hall who keeps on fighting, always with a smile, you are an inspiration.
