Friday 13th MarThis year I’ll be walking the alongside my best mate in support of his fiancée, who is bravely battling the big C while also raising two young children.
I’ll also be walking in memory of my wife’s dad, John, who sadly lost his battle with cancer five years ago.
Unfortunately this f**ker affects far too many of the people we love, and it’s often far too easy to overlook just how important fundraising and support like this is… until it hits this close to home again. So when the chance came up to take part this year, I knew it was the right thing to do.
We want to raise as much as we can to support the incredible work being done and the families who are going through such a difficult time.
Even a small donation can make a real difference, and if you’re not able to donate, sharing the page helps just as much.
