Walking Wonderers

Lets walk for the Royal Marsden!

We’re walking to support The Royal Marsden, one of many incredible hospitals that provided care and support for my Grampa and my mum’s special friend Joanne Hewitt before they passed. This cause is incredibly close to our hearts and we’re honoured to walk in their memory.  As well as honouring our family/friends who have passed, we would also like to honour those who are fighting cancer. My mum’s Auntie Lynne is currently undergoing treatment, we would like to raise as much as we can to give back to the wonderful people who supporting her and her family during this time. 

After completing last year’s walk, we’ve expanded our group walking together for this important cause. This year, Tyler and Lorraine will be joining us, as their families have also been deeply affected by cancer. One of their close family members is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment and giving back to the staff who are providing their care and support means the world to both of them. We’re happy to share that Natalie will be walking with us this year also, she would like to walk in support of her step father Eddie Daly who has been battling cancer for a few years now. He has been supported by many wonderful people during his treatment and she would love to give back to them for the amazing work they have done/continue to do for Eddie. As a group, we’re walking this year to help raise vital funds and honour those fighting this terrible disease and are thrilled that our team has expanded!
