A year ago i was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 30. I had just got married 6 months prior and had just found out a week before starting chemo that my wife was pregnant on our second baby. 
The Marsden literally saved my life, stage 3 to remission in 12 weeks! It was the hardest period of my life to date, some days you felt like giving up but the support and encouragement from all the staff kept me going, from the receptionist to the café staff to the chemo nurses. I have never really been one to donate as you never see where the money goes. But I would not be here today without the money previously raised and donations to build the new part of the hospital where i was treated. The new building and equipment was all build and bought through previous donations and i want to help raise as much money as i can for a great hospital. You really do become part of a family when you are under the marsden. Cancer can affect anyone EVEN YOU! Please dig deep and help the patients and future patients.
