Together we walk!
I’m joining friends walking the Marsden March this year because cancer is something that touches most people at some point in their lives.
For me, both my parents passed away relatively young from it many years ago, with my Dad spending time in The Royal Marsden, Sutton. More recently, two very close friends, Brian Bates and Julia Townsend, lost their lives far too young to cancer, with both of them receiving excellent care provided by the hospital during their treatment and between these times, many other relatives and friends have either suffered from or died from one form or another of this horrible disease.
