Together we walk!
We’ve supported the Marsden March for many years, but this year feels especially tough. Over the past year, we’ve lost two much‑loved friends and colleagues to this devastating disease. Our Lovely Lozza, Lorraine Jeffrey, walked the March with us back in 2018 and was there cheering us on at the finish line even while undergoing treatment just two years ago. And we’re also walking for the bright, brave star Jo Diggens, who sadly lost her long, courageous battle only recently.
As we take on this year’s walk, we’ll be remembering them both—honouring their strength, their spirit, and all the joy they brought into the lives of everyone who knew them. We walk because no family, no friend, no colleague should have to watch someone they love go through what they did. And we walk because the Royal Marsden gives hope — real, life‑saving hope — to people who desperately need it.
We’re doing this for Lozza.
We’re doing this for Jo.
And we’re doing this for everyone still fighting.
