Together we walk!
Our son Zain was diagnosed and successfully treated by the Royal Marsden in 2014/15. During his treatment, Zain met some wonderful doctors, nurses and medical staff who cared for him and countless other children to help them through a very traumatic time. We are fortunate that Zain's treatment was successful and that he has not had any relapse eleven years post treatment.
We are so very thankful that Zain's journey has reached such a wonderful outcome and that the future looks so very bright. We are blessed that so many people have helped us along the way. The support we have been given by you all and the sense of being part of a worldwide community has given us the strength to get through this very difficult period. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your love, support, prayers and positive thoughts.
This year we will again take part in the Marsden March to raise funds for the Royal Marsden and Zain's wonderful medical team. We are still humbled by what they do on a daily basis and we remember the exceptional care our son received during his treatment. We wish to support other children and adults facing similar health battles by raising funds, ensuring they have access to the same life-changing care. At the same time, we walk in memory of those who are no longer with us, honouring their courage and keeping their spirits alive in every step we take toward a brighter and healthier future for all.
