Dancing queen

On Sunday 11th May 2025 Jenna, Stuart and Sharisse will be walking in the Marsden march. They will be walking in memory of our amazing dancing queen Lesley Dance. The march is 15 miles. They will start at The Royal Marsden in Chelsea and finish at The Royal Marsden in Sutton.

As many of you know Lesley was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour in March 2024. She thought a long, hard battle and was determined throughout. Sadly on Thursday 19th December 2024 we had to say goodbye to our lovely Lesley.

Statistics now show that 1 in 2 of us will develop cancer. Sadly we all know people who have been touch by it in some way. Brain tumours are the 9th most common cancer in the UK, and are the leading cause of cancer deaths in children and adults under 40. 13% of adults diagnosed with brain cancer survive five years or more, while it also can reduce life expectancy by an average of 27 years. We have made great progress with treating cancer, but there is still so much more than can be done to help save even more people.

Please donate any amount of money you can.
Thank you.

Together we walk!
